Liz sees children and adolescents who are self-managed or plan-managed NDIS recipients. You may be eligible for a rebate from Private Health Insurers dependent upon level of cover. Please note: Cognitive Assessments do not attract a rebate. The fee for the comprehensive written report does not attract a rebate.
